Hello and welcome to the 10th edition of the Chat Spot weekly video update series. I am so excited to show you all this update. It is my favorite yet. Today we're going to show you how AI is going to get so personal with personalized writing styles for your blogs, your emails based on you, based on your tone. So the three prompt templates I have favorited today are blog generating and lead activation. Initial outreach email. So content writing in a nutshell, right to begin, I'm going to hop over to settings and within settings there are three tabs. Now, not sure the last time you all visited settings, but things looked a little bit different. We have three tabs about me, Visual styles and writing style. But I want to show off this writing style piece. Today's Chat Spot update now live to all of you is the ability to personalize your writing style and the outputs that you receive from Chat Spot based on things you've written before. So I've gone kind of like cooking show easy Bake Oven here and I have pasted in blog samples from the Chat Spot blog. So here are the updates that we've made. If I click Analyze blog style, what Chat Spot AI is going to do is analyze your blog post style, put together a summary for that which you can see down here. Persuasive, informal, enthusiastic. Highlights benefits of the product. Informative. Includes a personal perspective for those of you who've been following along. This is how we do our updates for email. I'll go Easy Bake Oven again. Hey there. You know, I basically put together a sample email based on our previous Chat Spot emails. And I purposefully made it much more casual, much more friendly, using words like latest dirt and HubSpot buddy, things like that. Newshound. Just to show you all how this works. So I'll click Analyze email style here and alas, Chat Spot will output that this text is fast paced, enthusiastic, informal, conversational with casual language and slang. So now when I visit Chat Spot and I ask Chat Spot to draft me a blog post or to draft me an email, it will use these styles to sound, to look, to feel, to come off. Just like you and your business. If you remember, I gave Chat Spot examples with, you know, very upbeat communication exclamation points, very casual tone of voice. So let's ask Chatbot to draft a sales email about Chat Spot's newest feature, customized writing styles. And Chat Spot is off to the races. It's going to analyze the samples I gave it. Take that summary, take the email rather with the content that I provided and provide me an email that matches my tone. So here we are.
