In this demo, I'll show you how AgentForce helps customers like Goodyear build AI agents that understand their industry. Goodyear has a vision of becoming number one in tires and service. And that's why they're working with Salesforce to create a best in class customer experience. So in the future their customer could get a proactive notification from Agent Wingfoot, the Goodyear service agent, indicating their tires are wearing down. And if we tap into that notification, we'll see the Reimagine Goodyear mobile app which surfaces customer specific tire and vehicle data to each Goodyear customer. And you can also see the AI agent is embedded within this experience which would enable them to send this deeply personalized proactive notification. But how will all this work? The agent we just saw knows who our customer is because once they opt in, they it can access the customer's unified profile that combines their CRM data with service data, engagement data and even ERP purchase history data. And if we look closer, we'll notice these real time data alerts which customers like Goodyear can make a reality. Because every Salesforce industry cloud comes with pre built connectors and workflows. Here we can see the data from tire sensors which could be connected using an out of the box data connector. And from this profile we can click into the industry specific metadata from Automotive Cloud like this vehicle console. This out of the box view brings together industry specific metadata like the vehicle specifications needed to make product recommendations or the data on other vehicles in the household. And because AgentForce is built on the Salesforce platform, it has native access to all this rich industry specific data and metadata. Let's look behind the scenes at how we can build an AI agent even faster using industry specific templates. These include pre built actions that can act on the industry specific data already available in Salesforce industry clouds like Automotive Cloud. Which is why if we ask our AI agent for a tire upgrade recommendation, it will identify the correct topic and run the action needed to provide the best recommendation. And once Goodyear is ready to deploy, they can build a flow to trigger the proactive agent based on alerts from the embedded tire sensors. This enables AgentForce to be working in the background providing 24. 7 proactive support. So let's see this all in action. Remember that notification about the customer's tire tread being low? The AI agent knows all the customer data to be able to not only proactively identify the issue, but also to recommend a tire upgrade. And if the customer asks agent force a follow up question, they can see again how it's grounded in the customer context and making a personalized recommendation, achieving superior service. And it's not only Goodyear, but any company of any industry who can leverage these out of the box industry aware AI agents and experience value fast. We're helping Goodyear transform this vision into reality. To get started for yourself, visit agentforce.com thanks for watching.
