Short multi-speaker discussion (YouTube video) about using AgentForce to improve client workflows. Speakers describe integrating existing flows into agents, reduced setup friction (fewer clicks), QA surprising the system by finding answers without perfect prompts, and the main value: reducing cycle time, increasing efficiency, and enabling customers to complete tasks autonomously—thereby streamlining client work and improving customer experience.
So our team is playing around with AgentForce to see how we can use it for our clients.
I did have an aha moment when I was, like, integrating the flows. It was kind of cool to see, like, oh, this is something that already exists in this Org, and I'm just plugging it into this agent.
There was a lot of the having to set up things was kind of taken out of the way. It just made it very easy to go through the clicks.
My favorite thing about AgentForce is the efficiency that it can bring. So if there's opportunities to reduce cycle time to build for a better experience with improving that customer experience, I think that's where we're looking forward to leveraging them the most.
When I was actually doing the QA of the prompt, there was a time where I didn't really necessarily ask the right question and it still figured out the answer.
Yeah, I mean, I think it'll really help make a lot of the process so the customer can do it autonomously, like on their own, without having to involve an actual human being at a support desk.
It's really gonna streamline our clients work.
And I think it's gonna lend them to work on bigger tasks that are more important.
