My name is Itay Aseeo and I lead incubation and brand strategy for Salesforce AI Research, which essentially means how can we train agents to be both consistent and capable on business tasks? Some of the biggest challenges that we hear from our customers every day is what we refer to as jagged intelligence. In order to overcome jagged intelligence at Salesforce AI Research, we've come up with a term we call Enterprise General Intelligence, or egi, as a way to create agents that are both capable and consistent. Future of AI is really a future where people together with trusted agents can transform the way we do business to push enterprise AI into the next level.
