MrBeast's team brainstorms wild video ideas like renting the Golden Gate Bridge or deploying helicopters, then pitches them to Jimmy for feedback. They use a Slack bot to handle logistics and check if ideas are actually fundable, turning the chat app into their command center for managing massive budgets and permissions.
The writing process is kind of what most people would imagine, which is objectively doing the best idea we physically can at all times. And we call that blue skying. I want the Golden Gate Bridge fully rented out at 4 in the morning. I want helicopters. I want 50 tanks.
We pitched Jimmy along the way in the process, but he always likes to change stuff as we go.
