Workforce development and upskilling new talent is critical right now because we would like to create pathways for unemployed youths So if they are upskilled, then they've got something in their hands that they can use to create a brighter future for themselves.
Organizations like Turk Ford are always being proactive and looking at technology, looking at trends, and thinking about ways to prepare talent for the future.
Salesforce is really taking a unique lens on this conversation because all of these new capabilities with Agentforce are accessible.
Not only do we teach them the new technologies, we continue to provide them mentoring and coaching, which is critical for the success of everybody who goes through our programs. Anybody can learn a curriculum. You've got to have access to employers. You've got to have access to people with networks and people who want to help you. It is in our DNA to help people get jobs. That's what we do as workforce development.
I am very excited about entering an era where AI can amplify the human potential. And seeing people going through our program, embracing the platform, the technology, using AI to really make a solution that makes everyone better is so exciting for me. It's our responsibility to train the workforce on how to adapt and learn and think with the technology.
Digital accessibility is absolutely imperative. And here you have a platform that's already embracive of this community. And so with digital equity being baked into all of their clouds, like we're prime to be able to serve humanity in a way that's never been done before.
