Thank you, Marla, and welcome, everyone. Tell me how technologically you did scale up and leverage technology to support two very different fan bases?
Sure. I mean, yeah. So there's about five depending on the game, 10% overlap. We have about 35% of our fans at any Fever game are coming to one game, and they're traveling from over 50 countries in every state. So we could not do what we do without Salesforce. We've been with you all for over a decade and created our CRM system with you, and I think are sort of a model customer in every way because we have 30 different data inputs. So I want those 17,000 people, I want it to feel like we've created something for them when they're in the building. We can't do that without the tools that you provide us and being able to understand that you. You buy a Game Night Special shirt, you know, every third game, and this is the concession stand you like. We want to link all these systems together to really be able to speak to our customers one on one.
You want every fan to feel very special.
Absolutely. Agent Force, I think, stands a chance for us to be able to because we're doing games. Sometimes we'll have four games in seven days. So if we screw up something on game one and you're coming back for three and four, I'd like to know that pretty quickly. It's easy to sit at home on your sofa. It's hard to make the case to come downtown as especially certain times of year here, and so I think AI is going to going to help us quite a bit with that.
