A short tutorial/demo introducing AgentForce Campaigns in Marketing Cloud. The speaker explains that by prompting the agent with context, it analyzes Data Cloud data to produce a campaign brief, generate an audience, build and personalize email content, and integrate campaigns into automation flows — compressing a process that normally takes weeks into minutes.
Hey marketers. If you want to improve performance and overall customer experiences while saving a ton of time doing it, let me introduce you to AgentForce Campaigns in marketing Cloud. To generate a campaign brief, all you need to do is give the agent some context using a prompt. Then it'll analyze all your data from within Data Cloud to put together a campaign brief. Next, it'll generate an audience and build out the email for your customers. It'll even personalize the email content for for you and the cherry on top. You can easily include these campaigns as part of a flow, so you can use a customer's interactions to automate the next best message to send them through their preferred medium. Normally, this entire end to end process would have taken weeks, but we did it in minutes thanks to AgentForce campaigns in marketing Cloud.
