Humans with Agents Power Revenue and Retention | Tech Keynote, Dreamforce 2025

This is a Dreamforce 2025 technology keynote demonstrating Salesforce’s AgentForce 360 vision: an ‘agentic enterprise’ where AI agents collaborate with humans across sales, partner, and service workflows to drive revenue and retention. Speakers and customer guests (Workday, Reddit, internal Salesforce demos) describe data-unification strategies, governance and experimentation approaches, and present concrete outcomes from AgentForce deployments (higher deflection rates, faster resolutions, observability and voice-capable agents). The talk emphasizes moving to production quickly while maturing data practices in parallel.

All right, welcome to the technology industry keynote. I am super excited to be here with you all today. This is my 15th Dreamforce and there has never been a better time to be at Salesforce in, in the technology industry. I want to start with a big thank you, Juan. It's Thursday morning. You were all at Metallica last night. I saw you rocking. See some sunglasses out there as well. Big thank you. Thank you to our customers, thank you to our partners, and thank you to all of our innovators. You guys are doing incredible things on the platform and for the industry and we thank you deeply. When we think about the technology industry, we've been in turbulent times. The last couple years have been difficult. But We've polled over 450 technology executives and the optimism is high. 70% over. 70% of the technology industry leaders that we polled have claimed that they're back to health. That's a 10% increase year on year. Part of what we're seeing on this is the projection going into 2025 was that IT spending was going to be greater, AI spending was going to be up. And these projections have rang true. And there's real optimism for all of our technology organizations and the leaders that we support as well as our customers. But there are some reservations. The macroeconomic climate, increased competition and upstarts that are disrupting everything that we do. But what is true across all of technology is that there are common themes that all technology is looking for. Right now. Everyone's looking to drive revenue growth with all of the advancements. From a technology standpoint, new innovations are being created to drive new revenue streams. And finally we're here and we're really trying to drive and improve our customer experience. But we're resource constraint. So much of our investment is being centered into the product innovation. And that means we need to do more with less, driving revenue and improving the customer experience. And that's why I'm extremely excited to welcome you into the AgentForce 364 technology. What is the AgentForce 364 technology? It builds on the existing investments that you've made on our customer360. It brings together AI agents with humans, working with your customers, working with your employees, and working with all of the background agents that you might have inside of your organization. And this isn't just about an SDR agent or a chatbot, perhaps a service agent assistant. This is about building a collaborative network across the enterprise. And we're not self imposing These agents in these silos that we've built within our organizations, right? This collaborative network of agents, they don't think about that. They have defined jobs to be done and they don't really care about the politics in the organization, which is incredible. And it's helping us move at an incredible pace right now. Now we have to make sure as we think about the agentic revolution and agentic enterprises that we're not just doing random acts of AI, right? We need to make sure that we're really being thoughtful in the way that we're orchestrating all of the agents across the life cycle. The use cases that we deploy are extremely important. Now when we think about the opportunity that agents create for all of our organizations, we also need to think about where we are today. And many of you, all of you are pioneers in your industries, right? But when you think about agents, it's kind of interesting in technology. As we polled all of our customers, only 34% of technology companies have an agent in production. It's actually incredible. You are innovators, you are trailblazers, but we're not getting things into production. In many cases, we're sort of in analysis by paralysis, right? We're analyzing ourselves without getting things into production. So we need to move into the future and it's really important. We need to change our mindset. We need to change our mindset because if we're going to get to the agentic enterprise, we need to change the mindset. We need to stop thinking about these data projects that sort of supersede the agent capabilities that we want to drive for our organizations. We need to have a dual pronged mindset and do these things in parallel. So what if we could do this? What if we could start building now and stop kind of analyzing and we're missing out on the race. What if we could simplify the work so our teams can go focus on the revenue generating activities for both revenue growth and retention. And what if you can augment your teams with AI agents, with the humans working with your customers and in the background behind the scenes across your organization? You guys with me? You want to do this first? We need to think about data. And it's actually incredible. This is not a stat that I think any of us are proud of. But how many of you in the room feel like you've got your data in order inside of your four walls? Yeah, not many. In fact, as we polled our customers, we're down only 17% last year. Felt like they had a clean data house and only 14% this year and that's because we have so much more data coming at us. So we need to think about this. But we cannot have the sort of data challenge stand in the way of progress. We need to innovate and we need to move faster. This is the mindset. So we need to be thinking about our agent strategy and our data strategy in parallel and we need to mature these things at the same time. We shouldn't wait till we do these large data programs then start with agents. We're going to miss out. So we need to do these things at the same time. So how do we start thinking about kind of the maturity model? Can we get our data from databricks that has usage from our product and can we build an agent off of that? Maybe we start there, then perhaps, then we go add the SAP data that we have from an order perspective and combine that and now we have the second level of maturity. So you start to see that we can actually mature our agent strategy at the same time that we're maturing our data strategy. All of your customers want this. All of your executives want this. All of your employees want this. We need to change our mindset and we can do this. We can do this together. There's a speed factor with Data cloud and mulesoft. We can connect every system that we need to and we could do so with our zero copy partnerships and we can also create agent to agent. We're going to talk a little bit about that as well. So I'm really excited about the opportunities that we've been presented with. Now what I also want to do is not just hear it from me. We have a customer that exemplifies what it looks like to become an agentiq enterprise to really take advantage of our AgentForce360 and that customer and partner is workday. And I'm really excited to welcome up Mohit from VP of IT from Workday to join me on the stage. Mohit, come join me. Mohit, thank you so much for being with us today.
Thank you for your partnership. Thanks for having me.
So Mohit, you've been at Workday for some time. You guys have been a long time salesforce customer. You've had extra mental growth. It's been insane, it's been amazing. Tell us a little bit about where you are in your journey, where you've been, where you are and what's instigating the change for the go to market transformation that you're on.
Matt, as you were reflecting upon the experiences that you were sharing in terms of whether or not the customers need to have and they probably should have a dual prong strategy. I felt like I was living my last one and a half years through that presentation at workday. Earlier on, I think we realized that we needed to have a really good governance and a framework in place which can allow for a strategic value unlocking capability and a leadership which can then direct our investments to direct us through this agentic journey. As we were Also on this 20 year implementation of Salesforce, we also had to think about how we are transforming the go to market processes for us. And you know, quite frankly the industry is disrupting the way we are working as well. Right. And so we approached it from a mindset of how can we identify the strategic value first and then put a plan together to then go and experiment which is to your mindset that we can experiment along the way. Course. Correct. And then take those learnings and then apply into our future which is a transformation that we are working on.
It's really incredible. And I'm sure there's many customers in the audience right now that were on similar situations. I mean we have customers that have been with us for many years on top of their existing investments and they're starting to think about the same things that you guys are. How are you thinking about sort of data unification? Because that's a key part of your transformation pillar.
Absolutely. If one of the learnings I could share with the team here or the audience assembled here is that the first six, nine months of our agent journey meant that we probably enabled like 60 plus use cases on 40 plus applications. Now what that means is that was resulting in a technology sprawl. There were like non strategic decisions, fit gap that was perhaps not strategic and not aligned with the direction and the unification of the experience that we wanted to provide. So that was a massive learning for us from where we then decided to sort of put a plan together to put a universal data layer if you will, so that we can start stitching together the data and provide the context so that we can enable the agent take experiences along the way and also provide some differentiated experiences. Right. And the other thing I would like to share this team is we also sort of identified and bucketed or grouped the various technical archetypes if you will. Right. So querying content, content generation, virtual assist, knowledge assist, like these are all various archetypes that we identified and then we systematically and thoughtfully enabled those through the workday platform technologies and of course in partnership with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agent Force and such.
Yeah, I mean, it's really interesting and it gives you the opportunity to kind of get going without having to be in a perfect state. Now, how do you think about maturing your agentix strategy and your agent strategy as you progress through this transformation? I know you guys are doing a lot around revenue management and what that looks like, so I'd love to hear a little bit more about that.
Absolutely. So the governance and the framework and the financial framework that we put in place means that we launch into, let's just call it an expedition. Not without identifying the strategic value, but then we promise ourselves to measure that strategic value along the way. So, for example, we cannot do a true up of the value delivered or the value realized and the value that we had identified to be delivered. And we measure things like it has a promise of improved productivity, for example, or customer satisfaction or risk management or cost reduction.
Right.
These are all the measures that we identify and make sure that we can go back and report on and be true to ourselves and take the learning and then apply them into the transformation that we are on.
It's an incredible journey that you're on. We are so fortunate to have you as a partner and as a customer. I'm really excited about the work that you guys are doing. We want to thank you so much for your partnership. We're going to see some great things this coming year and looking forward to seeing what you guys do next. Dreamforce. Thank you very much.
Thanks so much.
Let's give it up for Mohit. All right, so we kind of have this mindset shift now. We heard what workday is doing. We can go faster and we can. I want to introduce a couple new things concepts here as we progress on this journey. One is the Data Cloud360 Agentix setup. We also need to be thinking about observability. I think that this is one of the coolest things that we've announced here at Dreamforce because it's not just about thinking about the technical performance of your agentix strategy, but it is also the business performance of your agentix strategy. And finally, and you heard it from Mohit and you'll hear it from all of our customers, just you guys are doing this. When we think about agents, you're going to have agents that span the enterprise. Because we are truly connecting processes across the enterprise. With mulesoft agent fabric, we're able to manage and orchestrate all of our agents with well beyond just agent force and what exists inside of Salesforce. So to take us further on this journey, I'm excited To welcome up Natasha Janik, our director of product marketing, to take us a little bit further. Natasha, come on up.
Thanks, Matt. So earlier we talked about cautious optimism, and here's why leaders are feeling that way. Globally, 55% of tech companies are expected to miss their revenue targets this year. Now, we know that's for a number of different reasons, but what we also know is that your sellers aren't spending enough time with their customers. They're being bogged down by manual tasks, entering opportunity information, navigating between CRM, email, Slack and plenty of other channels, I'm sure, and then sifting through tons of data just to figure out which products to sell. But what if we could completely flip the productivity script and give every seller way more than 12 hours a week to sell? Here's how we simplify work from lead to renewal with agent for sales for tech, it all starts with a 24. 7 Personal Assistant for every seller. Qualifying leads so they never miss a revenue opportunity. And then simplifying how they prioritize their work by bringing everything into a single view so that they can spend more time with your customers and less time on mundane tasks. Equip every seller with a team of agents behind them. And those same agents can help close deals faster by creating quotes quickly that encompass multiple revenue streams like subscription and consumption. And finally, give every leader the insights that they need across their sellers, their agents and every revenue stream. The new sales workspace is going to unify everything that a seller needs to do in a single pane of glass. They can see their quota attainment actions that agents are taking and even take embedded actions here like pulling a deal forward. But AgentForce isn't just for your direct sellers. With partner cloud, you can bring the entire partner experience onto a single platform. Everything from onboarding to rebates. And the new partner success agent will answer partner questions so that they can close deals faster. Now we've talked a lot about our journey to the agentic enterprise, but I think it's time to show you how it comes to life. Many of you here are probably making the shift to consumption and that can be super complex. So we're going to see how we simplify work across the organization. To help me, I have distinguished solution engineers Justin and Karim. Let's jump into the demo here. Welo is a cybersecurity hardware and software company and their CRO, Laura is tasked with growing their new consumption products here in the consumption dashboard in Tableau. Next, she gets a bird's eye view of revenue performance across all of These products and all of this usage data is unified through Data360. Unfortunately we're seeing a dip in our advanced AI monitoring product. So how do we turn things around? Well this is how the analytics agent does more than just synthesize data. It's taking important customer signals like marketing, engagement, sales outreach and comparing it to product usage data that Wheelo has. And then it's giving Laura a stack ranked list of programs that she can run to turn this revenue stream around. Here it tells her that the weekly security onboarding webinar would be her best option. And with a single command agent Force creates the campaign, creates the segment, and even spins up a Slack channel for us to collaborate in. So first Laura wants to share this dashboard with the rest of their teams. They know what's going on. But this isn't just a static dashboard. With tableau next in Slack, this is dynamic. So everyone has the most up to date information. Laura then engages Slackbot to draft an executive post, rallying this team around the campaign and telling them to use the SDR agent to expand their reach. Now Slackbot is everyone's personal assistant. It's taking all of Laura's messages, contacts, files and helping her to do things like draft messages, organize her work. All right, so we've just seen how Laura was able to address declining revenue in a matter of minutes. But what does simplifying work look like for your sellers? Here we have Hector, a seller at Wheelo and he's logged into his brand new sales workspace. Here he sees all of the actions that AgentForce has already taken on his behalf, like booking a meeting from that webinar campaign we just launched. And it's also telling him to prepare for this meeting because this is a fairly new product. So in the opportunity this is where we see that AgentForce is more than just chats, emails in the background. It's taking action on sellers behalf. It's booked meetings, created account plans and populated important opportunity fields like the medpic field. Now this is how a network of agents comes to life. Hector sees competitor Cloudly called out here and he wants to practice his pitch against them. Now Wheelo's sales agent has access to all of their product sales marketing documentation and helps Hector to perfect his pitch and positioning. Now getting feedback like this would have been much more taxing otherwise. And Wheelo's not just using sales Coach for competitors, it's also using it for new seller onboarding and accelerating product enablement. All right, so Hector's had a really successful call with Verde here and they're interested in upgrading. Now, with Conversation Insights, we've captured everything they talked about and created an action plan for Hector. First, create a quote and then bring in a partner. Could we go back to the other. Thank you. We're getting ahead of ourselves here. All right, so first create a quote and then bring in a partner. So let's start with the quote. Now, for many of you who have launched consumption products, you know that quoting can get pretty complex and it's difficult to enable sellers on it. But with the quoting agent with AgentForce Revenue Management, it's able to generate a quote for any revenue type in a matter of minutes. And AgentForce revenue management is equipped to provide you with visibility on usage and drawdowns so that customers never experience an unexpected overage and sellers have the opportunity to upsell in the future. Okay, so we've simplified work for Hector, but I think it's time to tackle that second action item that Conversation Insights gave us, which is. Which is to bring in a partner. With partner cloud, the entire partner experience is now unified on a single platform. Partners can get onboarded, create quotes, engage in co marketing campaigns, track their incentives all in one place. So this partner sees the quote that Hector was working on come through. But this is a fairly new product, so they want some more information on how this works. They engage the partner success agent, which not only provides them with a brief overview of this new product, but it provides additional ways that they can get enabled and even proactively identifies an incentive tied to this product. Partner motivation matters. And now the entire incentive experience is unified in a single loyalty program. Partners can see their benefits like discounted certifications and bonuses, and they can track their progress toward these. So we've just seen how we were able to accelerate partner revenue with AgentForce. But now I want to catch back up with Laura the Wheelo CRO. We're in the home stretch here. Is everybody still with me? Okay, so Laura's checking in on how her new campaign is performing. And here in consumption forecasting, she can actually compare the projected revenue versus the actuals over time. And back in the consumption dashboard that we saw earlier, Laura has now seen how incredibly well their campaign is performing and that they've completely eliminated shortfalls for this product. Finally, as Matt Talked about earlier, AgentForce observability is going to give Laura insights into how her agents are performing on key metrics like qualified leads and average time to close. And this can be customized across other departments as well, like service and marketing. So we've just seen how AgentForce was able to simplify work for the sales organization at Wheelo, from sellers to leaders, so that they can drive revenue faster. Now we have a customer here today who is also simplifying work to help tell their story. I'd like to welcome Michael Kaur, SVP of Commercial Sales for Tech media and telco.
Thank you. Thank you, Natasha. Good morning everyone. Reddit is one of the world's fastest growing social media platforms. They have over 100,000 active communities. And today I want to bring up John Thompson to tell the story. Help me tell this a better story about it. VP of Go to Market Strategy and operations, round of applause. Hi John, thank you for joining.
Of course.
All right, John, the SMB segment is growing like crazy, but these customers operate very differently than your enterprise customers. Talk to me a little bit about the challenges you've had in this segment and how you kind of work through that.
Yeah, I think at Reddit the SMB segment is one of our fastest growing. And while we are a well known destination for enterprise and mid market customers, there are thousands of SMBs discovering our platform every single day and looking to leverage the power of our communities to grow their business. And so as we thought about our go to market across this segment, there's a couple of challenges as you mentioned, that we really had to address as we started thinking about building this out. One, all these are net new customers for us and so onboarding was a really important consideration for us. Two, there's volume of customers with a wide degree of needs and questions that range from the very very tactical to the very very technical. And finally digital media in general is a real time business, consumption based and a marketing budget for a small business is extremely precious. And so that time to value window is extremely short for us. And so it was important for us to operate with velocity from acquisition to onboarding and ongoing customer success. And so the way we thought about really addressing some of these challenges is really twofold. One, standardization and automation across across everything we do. And so we built really specific go to market plays across different parts of the customer journey. We also knew that we needed to double down on self service and really provide support to these customers where they are in the moment they needed it and in real time. And this is really where AgentForce came into play for us.
Great, now you started with Einstein and you transitioned over to AgentForce. Tell me what inspired that move and the impact that has made on your business.
Yeah, we were fairly early adopters on Einstein, so we rolled out a couple years ago at Reddit and it was a interface that was live and it was handled basically like 90% plus of our support tickets that came through our help center as well through our ads platform. And over the years we were able to configure it in such a way where it got really good at routing cases between our sales team and our support channels. But where we struggled with our Einstein implementation was to actually give customer the piece of information they wanted for in real time. And so we were only able to deflect about 14% of an advertiser's questions through our Einstein bot. And a lot of this due to our complexity of our business and how unstructured our data was. And with that 14%, you know, a customer spent over nine minutes chatting with a bot to get to the point where they got to that answer. And so earlier this year we launched Agent Force and we actually ran our Einstein, our Einstein experience and our Agent Force experience side by side across our help center. And the results were night and day, like, honestly phenomenal. And so that 14% deflection rate became a 58% deflection rate. And that nine minutes that a customer was spending, that chat module got reduced down to 90 seconds. And really I would round applause a huge stack. And really I would attribute that difference to Agent Force's ability to handle open ended questions, search through unstructured data to again give customers the answer they need.
Awesome. When we met, and the teams met months and months ago, started talking about Agent Force, I think we both agreed that we wanted to go and move fast with AI. You know, there were, there were use cases that we talked about, there were, there was data we wanted to point to, but we wanted to go fast and let that data mature over time. But talk to us a little bit about the data migration to AgentForce.
Yeah, I mean I would say at Reddit if we waited till I thought our data was fully ready to make this leap, I wouldn't be here right now. We never would have made that jump over to Agent Force. And so I think we definitely took a build as we go and iterate test and learn approach with our Agent Force implementation. And it really started with plugging the data that lives in salesforce into agentforce. And so this is essentially our knowledge base which houses all of our Help center articles. And we also fed it hundreds of thousands of past support cases that again help train the model. And what we're seeing as, again, as we're on month nine, ten with our installation, the more customers use it, the better it's getting for us because we're able to test, learn and iterate with the current model. And so, you know, really we're just getting started in this journey. We're really excited about where it can take us.
Right. Well, thank you so much for being a partner.
Thanks.
I cannot wait to see what's on the roadmap for Reddit. Round of applause for John. Okay, so we talk a lot about simplifying the seller experience, but what about the customers? How can we use AI to augment the customer experience? The facts are this customers that are missing their revenue targets are losing customers net revenue retention. The revenue that we generate from our existing customer base has never been more important. In fact, we see high performing companies operate about two and a half times more when it comes to NRR versus their competitors. Service and success teams have never been more vital. Right. So when you look at the way that you run your business, if you do not have a great self service motion, if you're not steeped in having that process of bringing your teams together and avoiding the low touch. Right. If you are stuck on those low case priorities and your team is not working on higher value priorities, what happens is they get stuck and the value's not there. But if your data is in silos and scattered across your organization, high case resolution is not practical or probable. So here's the fact as well. Customer service is the number one use case for tech, yet it's the least adopted. Salesforce faced similar challenges when we were building our own help page and we're going to take a look at a video now on how we solved it.
Every once in a while the world sees an incredible shift in technology. We just knew that everything was going to change. Right now we're having one of them shifts.
Every year we have almost 16 million visits to our help site and from that about 2 million cases are created.
Being that Salesforce is so big, no one can be expected expected to know every little detail.
We have a knowledge article here, we have a chat support over there and it was kind of limited.
Customers struggle to find the right piece of content in a timely manner.
How can we enable more customers to be successful on the help portal?
The help site with Agentforce really is the forefront.
People want instant gratification today and so they want an instant answer. Agentforce built on the help site Green really has all the content of the knowledge articles and everything else that I need to solve my problem. And it allows us to quickly get the right piece of content, the right answer to the customer.
The first time and what was days is now minutes. We are looking at an issue where a customer is attempting to add users to the sandbox access but those users are not getting the email. We're gonna come to the homepage and we are gonna ask our question. And so behind the scenes, AgentForce is working to understand what is it that they're asking me? They're asking me about a sandbox, they're asking me about a reset email. And AgentForce is able to pivot seamlessly from an issue resolution motion, high complexity, a list of steps right into education. But let's say this still isn't clear to me. I have a follow up question. Well, this adds in another layer of complexity. Agentforce, ahead of having to wait to talk to a human can actually solve this problem. Question. For a customer, being able to understand who is this person, what might their goals be and how might they want to be communicated with are all things AgentForce can leverage to provide a better experience.
Usually I'm having to read through four or five posts on the community page to figure out the right answer. With this I don't have to weed through anything. Dad is a game changer. When you're up against so many deadlines now you can really tell how much I use this.
But let's say this isn't making sense to me. I still want to talk to a human. Those humans are still just a click away. And that's the magic of this experience, is that there is no loss for the customer. That context is captured. That is essentially handing the baton to our support engineers. There's a deep partnership there that really emphasizes what AI is incredibly good at and what humans excel at. We free up our support engineers to work more complex cases and provide that uniquely human touch.
I can have that answer immediately. And when it can't solve it, I still get to talk to that person if I need to. If I would have had that 10 years ago, I think my career would be in a whole different place. And what we're seeing is over time our resolution rate is increasing. We're seeing about an 82% resolution rate now. And our escalation rate, which is customers going from agent four to a human, it's gone to 1%.
That first week we saw a mere.
244 support requests and now Agent Force has handled over 1 million support requests for us.
The combination of humans with AI really gives us the opportunity for combined intelligence. It's kind of like Salesforce's new superpower.
We're now going to have this digital Workflow force that augments our human workforce. And it's exactly what AI was meant to be. Great.
Augmenting your service teams with Agent Force grows your relationships with your customers. It drives retention and it drives revenue. And it starts with connecting your data and knowledge first. The AgentIQ enterprise spans across your entire organization. So your teams need access to product documentation, to sales and marketing data, and they need it in one place. That is how you scale from no touch to low touch to high touch service. To show some more innovation coming to your service teams, I'm going to welcome Natasha back up to the stage. Round of applause.
Thanks, Mike. So our customers, not just Salesforce, are already seeing tremendous success with service agents deflecting over 30% of their cases. And now we're bringing you AgentForce Voice, enabling you to deploy your service agents across voice channels in minutes. When things are urgent, we pick up the phone. AgentForce Voice will be equipped to handle tons of customer inquiries, from questions about overages to new permission sets and products. Now I'm excited to show you this live and so I'm going to have Justin and Karim help me with the demo again. And our Agent Force Voice demo is supported by our partners at Neuroflam, Flash and Accenture company and they're one of our top partners in the ecosystem. So with consumption revenue, it's not just about making the sale, it's also about driving adoption and retention. So we're going to see how AgentForce helps Wheelo to augment their service and support teams, starting with self service. So here we have Nolan, he's the head of IT at Verde. He's logged into Wheelo's app and sees a notification about a brand new feature that is now available from their upgrade that we saw earlier. So he engages the service agent to ask more about it. Now this is a headless agent so it can be surfaced anywhere, like right here in Welo's app. This service agent helps Wheelo to drive adoption by answering product questions, helping customers know use their products in new ways and connecting them with human success teams. And this frees up Wheelo's teams to focus on those more strategic conversations. Now, AgentForce has access not only to Wheelo's product documentation, but also to Nolan's telemetry data and his backend permissions. AgentForce gives Nolan a quick overview of the product and offers to turn it on. But oh no, looks like there is a critical alert on the account. Now I don't know about you, but if I'm seeing red, I'm picking Up the phone. Right. So luckily with AgentForce Voice. With AgentForce Voice, Wheelo is able to build their service agent once and deploy it to any channel.
Thank you for calling Whelo Support. I'm Agent Force, Whelo's AI Support agent. To get you to the right place quickly, can you please state your name and the company you're calling from and your authorization passcode?
Yes, Nolan, from Verde 123456. I've just noticed a zero day exploit on my account and I've already initiated our internal incident response protocol. But I do require immediate assistance.
Thank you, Nolan. I can see you're an authorized contact for Verda. I can see the alert and understand the urgency. I'll create a P0 support case on your behalf. Can I have your permission to isolate the affected server and send you a list of recommended forensic investigation partners?
Yes, both would be helpful.
Thank you, Nolan. I've isolated the server and sent the forensic partner recommendations to your email address. I'll now route your call to a tier 3 support engineer who has all your details and is briefed on the situation. Please hold on the line.
With an incident this critical, seconds matter. And with Agent Force Voice, they were able to to deploy this agent in a matter of minutes. All right, so now this case has been escalated to the support team and they have all of the context from both of Nolan's interactions. So the support engineer, Tim, can jump right in where Agent Vorace left off. Here we see the service assistant that provides Tim with with several steps on how to resolve this case faster. And this ensures that he's adhering to the right protocol for this type of incident. And the service assistant has access to all of Wheelo's product documentation to create the step by step plan. In this case, it's suggesting to create a Slack swarm to bring in some experts to get this solved quickly. All right, so we've initiated the slack swarm and AgentForce was able to spin up a channel with the context on the case, Nolan's contact information, and a link directly back to the case in the service console. At the same time, it's created a team of experts to get this resolved quickly. Not only have they been able to resolve Nolan's challenge, but they've actually also proactively identified other features that Verde can activate to protect them against this kind of threat in the Future. Tim asks AgentForce to summarize the case and create a knowledge article because this can be helpful for both AgentForce and other teams in the future and help them resolve this case faster. So we've just seen how AgentForce helps to augment Welo's teams by giving their teams time back and more time to work on complex cases. But not only that, it's enabled them to hand off critical incidents to human service reps because that's so important to building trust with your customers. Their success teams were able to have more time to manage complex cases, allowing them to identify know new features that can drive consumption and revenue. And in a world of consumption revenue, happy customers drive growth. All right, let's bring it home. Today we learned about how you can become an agenti enterprise. But remember, you don't have to tackle your entire data challenge at one time. Mature your data while you mature your agents. And you're not starting from scratch.
