"75% is the new 100%"
Chapters
The first thing we had to do is make sure our employees were safe and had a good place to work. And given these times, I think one of the biggest things we need to do is apply a little bit of grace and just realize 75% is the new 100%. We have to allow for times for people to adjust. The biggest thing Sales Salesforce allowed us to do is basically be able to keep ourselves organized. It had automatically our files and our customers information already in the cloud so they can work remotely anywhere. The combination of using our cases and quip allowed us to open up a more collaborative environment with our clients. And with buildings opening and closing in such limited time to get in and out of facilities to work on projects these days, the ability to communicate and share data quickly, reliably and easily was one of the most important things for us to do during this time.
This has been both a need and an opportunity to get everybody really invested in our process of being able to use these tools to collaborate and communicate and stay on the same page as we're progressing through a project. If you have a good idea or something that might help somebody else and, you know, navigate through this tough time, or you come across this useful piece of information or this useful tool that maybe you can't use, but you know somebody else who might take a minute and share it, speak up. If we all kind of keep an eye out for our fellow humans, then I think we'll all get through this a lot more easily and come out better for it on the other side.
