Two Mr. Beast producers explain how they juggle multiple massive projects simultaneously using a Slackbot to coordinate wild requests: finding a chicken ranch, sourcing a bear, launching a Lamborghini, hiring a cannon expert. Chaos and automation keep the machine running.
Here at Mr. Beast, you always have to expect the unexpected.
We're often overwhelmed with how many projects we're pursuing at the same time. Slackbot allows us to keep up with all the collaboration that's going on at the company. Jimmy will throw it into Slack Group Chat. He needs a chicken ranch.
I'm using that, Slackbot, just to find that answer very quickly.
Slackbot is everybody's friend here. Where was the last time we got a bear? How do you get a Lamborghini in the air?
Do we have a cannon expert anywhere?
