I believe business can be the most powerful force for good in the world. At National Geographic, we've taken a very serious look at what the burdens are like for our employees in this time of COVID leaders have become much more aware to the unique challenges that women face. We've put limits on the number of hours that zooms can be scheduled throughout the business day. We've increased the amount of mental health support that we've provided. Investing in your community is critical but what I would say to women out there is it's actually in times of crisis sometimes where new opportunities emerge and it's time really that we take a serious look at capitalism and ask the questions how can we make it work for more people in more places to understand the needs of all stakeholders that they have across their business? This is where having a diverse leadership team can make such a difference. That's how they'll grow thriving, impactful and durable business. I'm Jean Case and I'm ready to make change.
