How am I adjusting to home, work, life? Well, listen, it's an adjustment. I have three children. They have different needs. I also care for my mom, so I'm in the sandwich generation, as they say. I think wellness is a critical importance for companies right now at this moment. Being vulnerable to say, you know, I had a really tough week, or I'm struggling with this challenge. I need to take a moment. I need to take an afternoon to just recenter. And so this has given us an opportunity in many companies to rethink how they make those things accessible and normalized so that employees can take hold of them. I have been very vocal from the time I joined the company about my care for my mom. I believe that it's important to establish that priority because it is a priority for me and how I need to manage my work life. And I think it's deeply important where, you know, employees can see me modeling that behavior. My name is Camila Mitchell Thomas, and I'm ready to make change. Sam.
