Testimonial-style excerpt from a Salesforce YouTube video ("Kelly Services is a Trailblazer") where a speaker describes how the Force.com platform enables Kelly Services to turn customer "what if" ideas into working solutions in days or weeks, surprising customers with capabilities that were not possible a year or two earlier.
The Force.com platform has been game changing for us. We've had customers come to us with a water cooler conversation or the what if kind of idea, just kind of speculating on. Wouldn't it be cool if the platform gives us the power to not just be able to realize a solution, but realize it? In a matter of days and weeks, we've been able to really surprise some of our customers that have brought those what if kind of blue sky ideas to us in ways that they simply couldn't have even imagined a year or two ago.
