When I wake up, I spend about a half an hour reading my goals.
Coffee, an espresso, two shots. Right when I wake up.
I usually wake up early. Get the correspondence that has happened through the night.
Love a latte to get the morning started.
It always includes hanging out with my kids at breakfast.
And get a couple things done before getting my daughter up for school. That battle is ongoing.
A coffee and an exercise and a quick walk with my dog can gear me up for everything ahead.
Schedule my day. Half an hour blocks and I make sure that I put in the things like being with my daughter or with my wife.
We try to have breakfast together.
If I don't write those things in and we don't take advantage of our time, then we let everybody else steal our time from us.
