With the customer 360, you're no longer going to a series of disparate systems to try and put together a conversation with the client. You can go to that one single customer record and you can understand everything they have from a product perspective. After the pandemic hit, we processed approximately 250,000 loans over just several weeks. And this is where the partnership with Salesforce really became critical. Building upon experience Cloud, we were able to use use the platform and all the tools there to review and get those processed very quickly. I don't know how we could have ever done it with any other platform. A lot of times you hear in conversations, well, that's nice to have. It's really not a nice to have. That's really a must have. The world is changing, and you want to be on the best cloud platform in the world, and that's Salesforce.
