People come with their own stories. Everybody has a unique story. And we really believe that if we understand our community story, that's the first building block of people feeling comfortable reaching out and asking for help.
Pacific clinics offers crisis services to community members experiencing behavioral health or substance use crisis. We get calls 24 hours a day, so we will provide support over the phone or we will dispatch a team to the community to provide face to face contact with the individual experiencing the crisis.
Each county defines differently their role in protecting the safety net. So we are migrating data from multiple sources, multiple different platforms, and the ability to ensure that that is accurate and available quickly so that we can pivot is essential. That's where sales has made a really big difference.
Data is everything, especially in the mobile crisis world. On a weekly basis, I'm asked for different data outcomes. Whether it's our response time, whether it's how many times we've responded to a specific zip code, and being able to demonstrate success really ties to our financial viability. The ability that we have now to leverage the salesforce platform to produce this data for our communities and our funders is incredibly efficient.
What's really important for us is the amount of resources that salesforce has put into nonprofit cloud to have in a single location. Access for the consumer, for our employees, and for funders is going to be a game changer.
The fact that we're able to use the salesforce platform the way we are really allows us to streamline the therapeutic process. In my 22 years, probably one of the most innovative uses of technology that I have ever seen.
My hope for everyone who comes through the door here at Pacific clinics is that they feel heard and that they leave feeling safer and feeling that they can call us again when they need us.
My ultimate wish would be that anybody that needs support with mental health has access to it. But more so that as a community, we would be able to destigmatize mental health. And my hope and my vision is that pacific clinics is at the forefront of that work.
For pacific clinics. What has set apart our relationship with salesforce is really the sense of partnership from beginning to end, to take a tangled and complicated situation and make it simple and accessible. Nonprofit cloud is going to be a key player in changing the sector for behavioral health. Sat.
