Hi! Okay, let's see here. Hmm, okay, so AI Force is essentially Salesforce but without the interface. So what it will do is it will connect your data, workflows, permissions to whatever you're using, whether it be Slack, whether it be Claude. Now you don't need to go into a specific platform to get work done. It will come to you.
Oh, what? Something unbelievable is possible.
Okay, this is a good one. I'm really excited about Slack Code. So instead of people individually coding by themselves with AI. Now everybody's going to be able to collaborate in one workspace, and that's going to give teammates visibility into what's going on. And teammates are going to be able to learn from each other instead of it being individualized.
Agent Force. Instead of you doing all the boring, repetitive tasks like answering the same customer question every single time, well, this little robot will do it for you. You train it once, you give it all the rules, and it does it. And if it does need help, it can ask other people.
