Instead of us just augmenting the seller, we're going to be augmenting the organization where an agent is able to help your sellers be able to prospect 24,7 to nurture the pipeline, handle responses, to be able to engage with customers, whether it's email, SMS, WhatsApp as well as the web. This is great. So we're going to go in and then we will start creating our agent. What language should it communicate on? What's the tonality? How often do you want to be able to engage? The way that we can make this smart and give it intelligence is going to be the same way that you would start training your actual sellers if you already have a bunch of enablement materials. It's going to start learning from your first call decks, your, your pitch decks on what is the right way to talk and personalize the message and to just ensure we have human fully in the loop. That seller will get notified on every single engagement.
I'm actually really glad you said that because I know that that's a concern a lot of people have when it comes to AI, how it's playing out in the world. Like, will it replace me? Am I going to lose my job? But I can see the great application of this where you still need all of the people who are doing those jobs now, but they can focus on the ones that are more promising leads and not the ones that are not going to go anywhere.
Exactly. It's all about skill in the organization, right?
