When you think about representation, jobs will throw out these key terms because, you know, that's the trendy thing or the appropriate thing. But how is that reflected in your company's culture? One of the things that we do with Black mental wellness is providing trainings and webinars for companies, especially during the time of COVID 19. But the racial injustices as well, making sure we're being intentional about training that is culturally inclusive, and that makes it mandatory that we continue to learn about the different, different aspects of a person.
