A short demo-style conversation showing AgentForce coordinating robots and digital systems in a warehouse. Speakers describe using AgentForce to detect regional order volume, direct a robot to load a truck, identify excess inventory (shirts), and trigger a marketing campaign via Marketing Cloud and WhatsApp to促ate delivery notifications—integrating marketing and service into a single mobile experience.
We're so excited to show you what that future of age, of course customer 360 apps, data and robotics help and turn digital workflows into physical action.
As a warehouse manager, I've come in and I see I've got a lot of orders. I'm going to use AgentForce to kind of help me out. It's given me some great insights into, hey, you've got a lot of orders in Chicago and you've got a robotics enabled warehouse that can help fulfill those orders. So we'll ask it to pick up the crate and I've used AgentForce to direct the robot to start to load that truck. What Agent Force is going to do? It's going to summarize what happened. There was a lot of activity in the warehouse, but one of the things we did notice is that you have an excess amount of shirts on the shelves. It's asked me, hey, how about we help you get a marketing campaign to get those shirts going? Do you overhead help you create that? Absolutely, let's create the campaign. And I just via agent Force sent out a command to Tron here and we're going to have him help out with that delivery. We're going to use marketing cloud to send out that WhatsApp message, letting our customer know that they have that delivery.
Upon it, streamlining marketing and service within one mobile experience.
