My name is Fatima McCowi now. I'm an account executive for our small business segment here at Salesforce. Sales is known to be very, very competitive by nature. I was absolutely shocked when I first joined to find that, yes, it is competitive, but it's incredibly friendly and it's done in a way that's very nurturing. Everyone we hire is so smart. Everyone is sharing, everyone is collaborating. Everyone is just so eager to learn. My team is unbelievable. They are kind, they're warm. I am so appreciat of the opportunity that both Salesforce has provided me, but also the opportunity that Salesforce and I present to the world in how we tackle various community related issues. It doesn't just stop at the dollar. It's allowed me a platform as a human, as a woman of color, and that has really, really elevated me in terms of how I see myself. It's allowed me to empower my customers, to empower my team, to empower my mentees, to let them know that, no, you didn't get to have coffee with that person, that person got to have coffee with you. Do you know that? So many people ask me, gosh, you just love Salesforce. Should I work here? If you're looking for a place to grow, to be challenged and to work with a technology that is constantly innovating, you want to work at Salesforce.
