Hi, my name is Lena Savitsky and I am a strategic account executive with the commercial business unit. What gets me excited to come to work at Salesforce every day is definitely the culture and the team spirit. I've been here for six years, but people who are newer to Salesforce are sometimes a bit fazed by the pace of change, but the pace of change is really resulting from the pace of innovation. We're acquiring companies all the time, we're releasing new products, and no two meetings are ever the same. I think the biggest thing we look for as a team is a desire to learn in what we call coachability, those people who have that hunger to learn to get better, they're the people who are most successful at Salesforce. So I think the perception of what sales is and what sales can be in reality are actually very different things. I think at Salesforce, sales means being highly strategic and thinking about the customer's success above all else. I think one of the things I really enjoy about working at Salesforce is how much opportunity there is for autonomy and creativity. There are so many different ways to do your job as an ae, nobody reports to you. But all of these people getting their job done is necessary for us to be successful as a team. So trust is a really big component there, so that when you ask them to do something or you ask them for their time, they trust you enough to invest. So I think there's never been a more exciting time to work at Salesforce.
