What excites me when I come in every day is, first of all, the people. It's the people that make everything tick. Our customers are really the root of our success. If they're not going to be successful, ultimately we as a company are not going to be successful. I'm Patrick Reed. I'm an area vice president on our financial services team. I was really fortunate along my path at Salesforce, people always continue to ask, well, why do you a Salesforce? It ties back to the innovation of what we are doing and how we're delivering technology to our customers. Hiring is a big part of my current job. I think back back to when I started, and I didn't have that technology background, but what they saw in me at the time was someone who cared and someone who wanted to make a difference. So when I think about who we hire, I look for a balanced individual. There are people that we see day in and day out that have amazing resumes, but to find people that have that can do attitude, that have that excitement for life, it's really a skill set that you can't teach someone. These are really stepping stones in their career as they go and take on bigger and bigger challenges. It takes a team, and this team is like a family. It's at those times where things are not as easy as you necessarily would hope for, that families come together and make an impact and solve for those challenges. And that's what we've been able to do. And I don't know how someone wouldn't have fun being able to work at Salesforce.
