There's nothing worse as a salesperson than not hitting your goal, and especially when an entire sales team is coming up short.
Thanks is a digital gratitude platform. We help our clients build relationships with their own customers, prospects and employees with thoughtful gestures of appreciation.
Thanks is about gratitude. We never want to make people feel like they're just part of a transaction.
We came up against a couple months where we were falling short of our revenue goals.
I'm used to winning and I'm used to working hard. But when my hard work is not necessarily generating more results is pretty frustrating.
Before Salesforce, we were on a more lightweight CRM that didn't really have the reporting capabilities that we needed.
I had so many different places that I had to go to get different pieces of data.
I felt like I was often flying blind. As a sales leader, there's no better.
Feeling than having somebody give you a boost when you need it. And Salesforce was the boost that we needed.
Sales Cloud gives me a lot more visibility into our team's sales pipeline. I can see whether a rep has a tendency to have deals fall off at a certain stage that I know when I'm working my coaching sessions with that sales rep to focus on that portion of the pipeline. In Sales Cloud, we take advantage of a lot of the automated capabilities like Cadences, which allows our team to focus less time writing emails manually and more time engaging our clients and prospective clients on a more personal level.

So this is the dashboard I typically start my day in. This is where I'll be able to view my opportunities and based on the opportunity insights, I'll be able to figure out which one I need to prioritize. I'll see here that this prospect wanted to schedule a demo, but they need to pick a new time because they're taking their child to a kindergarten graduation. Now that's where I as a sales rep will be able to enact some human to human connection and send a thoughtful gesture. Looks like here dad daughter kindergarten going to go with an ice cream cone for two. The cool thing is I can actually send that thanks directly from the Salesforce platform as well. Check this out.

I'm consistently hitting my number way more now. That's the best feeling in the world as a salesperson.
$2 million. In my four and a half years of thanks, we've grown well over 10x and I don't think we would have been able to do that if we hadn't made the switch over to Salesforce.
The thing I've learned is the more AI that I' actually built into my processes and used, it allows me to be better at my human to human connections.
AI is going to be nothing but a positive impact on thanks. AgentForce definitely gives us a leg up against our competition because I'm not going.
To have to focus on these low priority tasks that Agent Force is able to do for me.
Ultimate will help us sell more, sell better, and come out on top.
