The HubSpot App Marketplace is home to more than 1,000 integrations that span use cases in marketing, sales, service, and more. Customers rely on integrations to grow their business. Integrations reduce complexity by bringing disparate tools together, which allows HubSpot to act as a single source of truth for customers. One of the integrations available on the HubSpot App Marketplace is Sprout Social, a social media management platform that offers solutions for social marketing, customer service, and more. As a part of Sprout's Care features, you can create and delegate tasks for your customer Care team. By connecting HubSpot and Sprout, your social and support teams can create, track, manage and resolve issues without leaving the app they are working on. Let's see how it works. The first step is installing the integration. Go to the settings of your Sprout account, click on integrations, and select HubSpot. You are now ready to link existing HubSpot contacts and social profiles from Sprout. Go to the Smart Inbox of your Sprout account. Once you click on a user profile or reply to a message, Sprout will display the HubSpot contact associated with the social profile on the side menu. Click the button to link them. If Sprout can't find a HubSpot contact associated with the social profile, you can search it by name, email, or social handle. For those social media users who are not HubSpot records yet, click on Create Contact. From there on, whenever you update this Contact's data in HubSpot or Sprout, you'll have that change available in the other app, which means your data will stay up to date across systems. Another feature of the HubSpot and Sprout integration is the ability to view, create, edit, and comment on HubSpot tickets from Sprout to make communications more efficient and provide greater visibility. After you've linked a HubSpot contact to a social profile in Sprout, you'll see all the HubSpot tickets associated with that contact in Sprout's Smart Inbox. Create new tickets directly from Sprout's Smart Inbox by clicking the plus button under the section HubSpot Tickets. There you can fill out the information for subject, category, priority, contact, and description. After clicking on Create Ticket, you'll have it available within your HubSpot tickets. Edit from HubSpot or Sprout and add comments for your support team directly from Sprout. To learn more and get started, visit the HubSpot app marketplace.
