When we travel, I don't think too many people get up in the morning and say, I'm so excited to go to a major airport and not know about lines, not know about parking. And, you know, it's a stressful experience. I think most consumers would agree that the airline industry was yet to be really disruptive.
We enable a travel that was never possible before, either because it was cost prohibitive, or you'd waste way too much time in an airport.
So we're typically saving our members two to three hours every time they fly.
Improving the way that they can spend time with their family.
Wow, you know, what is this? And it really is something different.
There is the mom who didn't want to take a CEO position because she didn't want to leave her kids four days a week, but now can travel back and forth.
It was a combination of providing a need, but doing it in a way that was truly innovative. We're the first all you can fly subscription airline. You show up 15 minutes prior to departure. You have this personal touch with a personal concierge.
It's simple, it's convenient, it's effortless.
Travel our member experience and delivering on that is paramount in what we do.
When I first came in, we really didn't have, I would say, a consistent process in place.
We were first working off of spreadsheets, printouts, and we realized this was gonna take us nowhere. And that's where Salesforce entered the queue. I think we had a record time in implementing Salesforce. We did that almost in 30 days and had immediate KPIs that we could measure distinctly from day one.
And that helps work with the scheduling team, the planning team, the sales team on where do we need to be focusing.
We use an entire spectrum of tools that Salesforce provides. We use PAR dot to help us track, allocate, identify, prioritize all of the different prospects that come to us from various channels.
Data.com has been great for hunting efforts. I'll go in and find out. Okay, who's a good contact.
Many of my reps, they're not at the office. They're remote. And so Salesforce allows them to work the way they want to.
I can look at the dashboard to see how I'm performing, how the entire team is doing. The only way to really be organized and do that in an efficient manner is through a platform as sophisticated as Salesforce.
Before I get on a plane, I love to know a little bit about the people I'm going to be flying with. I pull up their profiles, and now I feel smart. I look smart to them. And now I have this great ability to really understand my members on an in depth basis. Now I'm on the plane with one of our members and I notice that he's flying 15 times a month. I asked him, what are you doing, Justin? My favorite job is my kids little league coach. Tuesday, he takes a surfair flight up for practice. Thursday, he's back up for the game. I see his wife at the next member event party, and she says, you have changed our lives forever.
We're really streamlining the whole flight travel experience.
For us to be successful and for us to grow, you have got to be engaged with those members.
We've grown from a company of 12 people to over 180, 90 flights a day. And it's a remarkable system that's only made accessible because of our relationships. Relationship with Salesforce.
