Would be a huge miss if Einstein couldn't leverage this data when it was formulating its response.
You want that data to be there to power your CRM interactions, to personalize that marketing email, to personalize that customer service interactions and you want the AI to be right there too.
Einstein is able to give her such a wonderful response because it has access to her business data in her CRM. That is really going to turbocharge our Copilot. And that's because now all of this knowledge, all of these PDF articles, social media conversations, all of that is now available to Copilot as well. Copilot can read and understand all of that data and answer questions about it right within the context of your application.
Top analyst firm IDC crunched the numbers and IDC has forecasted that Salesforce AI powered cloud solutions will generate a net gain of over $2 trillion. Yes, $2 trillion for customers by 2028. IDC also expects Sal AI powered solutions to generate a net gain of 11.6 million jobs in that same time period. With roles like data architects, data scientists and AI ethicists, growing in demand. AI's influence on how we live, on how we work, on how we learn, and on how we innovate is growing, and it will only become more prevalent in the coming years.
