What inspired you to contribute to Trailhead and what content are you creating? I really feel like there is so much to give back to the community and giving back through Trailhead is really what drives me to share here. So the type of learning content that I'm working on is based on technical debt and how to make sure that you know how to clean up your org. Well, it's going to be one of those things where it's going to be really hard to figure out how we can like set traps for folks to clean up their technical debt in a trailhead environment. But that's part of what we're working on.
We're currently working on a badge. There's several answers to particular problems and questions around housing association.
Our trailhead is about automating case management with Agent Force. Our initial badge is a question and answer quiz type format but we'll be doing more hands on learning.
I'm currently involving together with the team at Trail which helps you to understand the capabilities of AgentForce and in conjunction like the underlying technologies.
