Short promotional/testimonial video featuring multiple Salesforce engineers describing the company's engineering culture, scale, and values. Speakers highlight working on cutting-edge, large-scale systems (tens to hundreds of millions of users), a collaborative/family-like ("ohana") culture, internal career mobility (Opportunity Open Market), a focus on customer trust and system reliability, and company-supported community giving (seven volunteer days per year and matched donations).

What does Salesforce do? What doesn't Salesforce do?
The things that we're doing are really cutting edge, really bleeding edge. We're inventing new things to do here.
It binds all the data points of your business with all the like possibilities that you can do.
We're not talking about solving these problems at the scale of, let's say 1,000 users. We're talking about solving these problems at the scale of tens, hundreds of millions of users.
Salesforce doesn't just focus on Salesforce. Salesforce has actually helped laws get changed for the better. And I'm proud to be a part of a company where they will stand up for the communities that their employees and their partners and their customers are living in.
When I came in, I didn't realize the word ohana was so prolific in this company, but that's exactly what I was feeling without knowing that. I was feeling that people at Salesforce, they care about each other. People at Salesforce, they want to help you grow.
The managers are looking out for your happiness. After being on my team for six years, I was looking for a new challenge. And luckily at Salesforce, we have this program called an opportunity open market. The tech and products team throw this incredible career fair where you can experience roles from product management to ux to documentation to different engineering roles.
These things really matter here at Salesforce. I mean, the scale of technology that we have here, the way we do releases, the way we patch our systems, all that is really a team effort.
The culture within Salesforce and especially within engineering, it's really special because of how much freedom there is to change the existing everything.
You feel you are free to innovate and if you feel your colleague gonna encourage you, gonna support you. So I feel really like family, you.
Need to have that relationship so that you can get the work done with that confidence and trust in each other.
Trust is what makes customers love us, stay with us, which is we guarantee you that everything we do is not.
Going to break you.
We're going to guarantee that everything we do will have customers in mind.
The best thing about my job is the people I work with. I work with smart, hard working people.
Who like to have fun.
The engineering team that I work with is a very diverse team, not only in gender and ethnicity, but also in background. So there were people like myself from academia, but also people who had a lot of experience in industry and who had been working in engineering for quite some time. It enables you to not only learn and grow as an individual, but also as an engineer. And it makes day to day more enjoyable.
You get to be creative, you get.
To be innovative and solve challenges that you're not going to solve at any other company.
One of our company values is giving back to the community, and that cascades all the way down from our CEO through each and every engineering. Every one of us gets seven days off a year where we can volunteer in our communities and also make charitable donations that the company will match.
I am a passionate person, and I am passionate about technology and people and business. And when the people around me are passionate, life is phenomenal. This is one hell of a good time to be a nerd.
