Hi and welcome to the Salesforce Partner Community. We're excited you've partnered with us to build products that help businesses get smarter about customers and connect them in a whole new way. In this video, we'll show you around the community and introduce you to the most important features you'll use on your journey to market. The Education page is your go to resource for learning about Salesforce and the Partner Program. At the top of the page is your personalized education dashboard which helps you track progress towards learning goals. As a new partner, you'll want to focus on Trailhead, the fun and hands on way to learn Salesforce. As your expertise grows, you can take your knowledge to the next level by earning official Salesforce certifications. Elsewhere on the page you'll find links to program info and help docs as well as news items of interest to partners. Next, let's visit the Support page. The Support page is where you can find answers to questions and connect with the Partner Support team. Most of the time, the information you're looking for is a quick search away. If you can't track down a solution, just log a support case and one of our experts will get back to you soon, usually within 48 business hours. Now onto the Publishing Page. The Publishing page is where you'll create and manage the AppExchange listing for your product or service. If you're an ISV, you'll also come here to connect to your packaging environment, configure trials, and submit your product for security review. Next, let's head to the Business Page. If you're a Consulting partner, the Business page is where you'll come to manage your Salesforce practice. From here, you can create leads and projects, get an overview of your team's current and past performance, and see your status in the Consulting program in real time. Finally, let's look at the Collaboration Page. There's a lot we can learn from people who've been there before, and the Collaboration page makes that easy. From here, you can interact with experts from Salesforce and and other members of the Partner Program. The latest conversations are front and center in your personalized Chatter feed, which shows posts from people and groups you follow. Over on the right, you'll see trending topics and groups we think will interest you. To start a new conversation, just type a message and choose who to share it with. Now it's time to dive in and start exploring the community yourself. We look forward to seeing you soon.
