What business problem did you solve with Agentforce?

So what we're doing with our platform is to match what is one company's waste to what other companies can use. Again, the Agent Force has been able to reduce that friction, the human intervention, if you will. And in doing so making transactions far easier and creating a far better experience for our users. Some of my best employees these days are AI agents. We have vast amount of data on our platform on materials that are usable, otherwise throw away. And a lot of times this data would just go unnoticed because there's just so much of it. Using Agent AgentForce allows us to look through that data with different angles and explore new opportunities. In Europe, we now have something called Digital Product Passports. This is typically a very static data Source. By using AgentForce, we have given our users the ability to interact with this data. So what we've done with AgentForce, together with our partners Inspire AI is we've built our own knowledge base based on white papers, on databases, on materials, and the AgentForce agents use that data and using a tone of voice that we have told it to basically to carry. So Launchpad elevated our company to the next level.
