What inspired CloudFit Software to adopt Salesforce?

As a startup, often you feel quite fragmented. We needed a system that we could trust. We had spreadsheets, we had emails, we had WhatsApp messages. And we thought we could scale efficiently without investing in certain tools. And unfortunately, important data fell through the cracks and made us realize that we really needed to adopt professional CRM system. We were constantly chasing information and it really did slow us down. Another issue was reporting our CTO would spend time manually pulling reports to see basic engagement metrics. We were concerned that as demand grew, we would lose that personal touch with clients. With Salesforce, we have complete visibility and transparency throughout the business. Our CTO now has complete freedom to work on product development. Our COO has complete visibility of the company and I have full transparency with investors and pipeline. We needed a system that we could trust. As the first UK startup to be affiliated with Salesforce Launchpad program, we adopted Starter and Slack at a perfect time. The impact was immediate. It gave us guidance and became a single source of truth. Reporting that took days now takes 10 minutes. Our engagement tracking is five times faster. And onboarding new engineers has gone from hours of calls to just 10 minutes. Because now everything lives in Slack. With dedicated channels, playbooks, support, we have full transparency across multiple different time zones. My advice would be that the quicker you can centralize and adopt Stuff Data and Slack, the quicker it will turn your chaos into clarity. The quicker you can adopt Salesforce Launchpad, the quicker you will run your business more efficiently. You'll get full transparency throughout the business and each individual will be able to focus on the immediate jobs at hand and collectively, you will run a smoother business.
