Sree, a CIO, says the hardest part is keeping pace with technology while staying focused on what employees actually need. He uses a crawl-walk-run approach, starting with internal use cases before expanding. His advice: pick one simple end-to-end project, master it completely, then scale.
Hey Sree. Are you ready for your film shoot?
I think so.
Great. Let's go over some practice questions.
Fire away.
What's the hardest part of your job as a CIO right now?
The pace of technology is so aggressive, it's almost violent. You just have to keep up with these demands and make sure that it's all driven towards a member centric innovation. Since AI is approaching this from so many dimensions, we wanted to take a cautious crawl, walk, run approach. And some of the first use cases that we were dabbling into were more on the employee facing side.
Great. Let's go deeper. What was the most challenging part about implementing AgentForce.
From an operational aspect? Just ensuring that operationally it's smooth as you roll out these capabilities.
Thank you.
Partnering with Salesforce as we are trailblazing this journey truly helped us deepen those relationships and explore a lot more opportunities about the platform. That for you.
Last question.
I'd recommend subscribe to Simplicity. Go with a use case. That's rather simple, but go through the full life cycle of the use case. You understand and learn from it before you move on to more complex use cases.
