Bringing together sales, commerce, loyalty, marketing and slack through agent force and optimizing the customer experience and at the same time taking away bottlenecks from the worker who without agent force would be doing things very manually.
Having that agent use that two way communication to follow up on those leads. And I think it went from like 2000 to just 50 unsupported leads.
Probably my favorite is just being able to answer customers questions quickly. 24 super excited to build segments off of data cloud and the fact that we can harmonize and unify it in one spot and then create segments and campaigns super quickly. It's very exciting.
