Just remember when we're out there, you just kind of take things easy. Okay? Okay. I got this. Being a first time driver is exciting. It's exhilarating. It's nerve wracking. A seatbelt first before you start the car. Choosing that person that's going to sit in the passenger seat to provide you with guidance is so important. And that's where we come in. Young drivers of Canada. We are an iconic Canadian brand that's been around for 50 years, but the market has become much more complicated. Whether it's someone that needs in car instruction, a certification program or commercial and fleet entities, we want to be able to grow this company throughout Canada or internationally beyond North America. The most exciting thing about AgentForce is we will finally be able to handle the customer volume no matter what it is. You know, we worked so hard on our advertising and our promotions and our own social media that it worked so well that we were not prepared. We did not have a surge plan. You know, before we knew it, it was all hands on deck trying to put out the fires that were being created by the fact that we just simply couldn't get back to everybody. Before it was almost like a manual process utilizing spreadsheets and telephones and all kinds of stuff. Asian Forest is truly the digital labor platform that will transform young drivers. We're looking to Asian Forest to be able to act as a partner literally in real time, meeting the of instructors, students and the company all in one through a self service onboarded platform. Taking our company to the next level and more importantly meeting the competitive demand. With Agent Force, we're projecting a 60 to 70% case deflection rate. Let's take a look at Agent Force in action. A father is searching for courses for his daughter, a new driver and she is scared of driving. It's provided a bit of empathy. It's understandable that your daughter is nervous. Our training is in controlled settings. It's also given an option with a live teacher in a zoom environment and then an option of purchasing individual lessons for the daughter. And the beauty of this conversation is that it could be happening after hours and it linked up with our instructor scheduling option and it actually booked the lesson. Driving today is probably going to become harder. More cars in the road, there's distracted driving. All these things won't go away. If young drivers can onboard a solution that's going to save one more life, we're all for it. We're looking to Agent Force as our partner. Find an incredible synergy that just not available anywhere else. You know, even though my title now is Chief Operating Officer, I almost envision my title becoming Chief Agent Force Officer in the future. Agent Force is going to be big in young drivers of Canada, and the sky's the limit.
