Jess, am I a bit crazy doing these cold shower videos? Yes. A few moments ago you said you were proud of me. My daughter, Jess, while we're having this beautiful breakfast, said to me, what are you going to talk about in the shower today, dad? And I was reminded about how yesterday her and I were having a massive barney because she wouldn't pay attention. She picked up a pen, I told her not to, she put it down, she knocked over my coffee, which went into the barocca, and it all went over the floor. We were literally crying over spilt milk. So I've got two quotes for you today. The first from Marcus Aurelius and the second from Epictetus. Think often of the swiftness with rich things that exist and that are coming into existence are swept past us and carried out of sight. For all substance is as a river in ceaseless flows. Its activity is ever changing, and its causes subject to countless variations and scarcely anything stable. That seems to be 2020 to me. But more specifically, with respect to my daughter's comment, when giving your child or wife a kiss, repeat to yourself, I am kissing immortal. And that one from Epictetus, don't get a bit angry. Nothing lasts forever, so this too shall pass. By 2020 will pass through. The times will be ahead. And, yeah, we got some shit to deal with for now. But stay strong, knowing it will pass. Control what you can. You can't control everything. Yada, yada, yada. All the stuff I said before, but most importantly, smile to yourself and have a wonderful day. See you. Bye.
