Good morning there peeps. I had already decided this morning what I was going to talk about in Cold Shower Philosophy. And then I've come in and my daughter's left a little note which is her friay statement to me which says, dream big, speak the truth, work hard, treasure your friends and be awesome. And then she's written this beautiful little note to me at the bottom which says to dad, make this cold shower count and go for it. End the term. Well, don't add this bit into your cold shower philosophy because I don't know how to spell the whoops. Today I am going to offer you.
A couple bits on gratitude.
My gratitude today goes towards teachers and.
Anyone who has had to engage in homeschooling, which I'll get to in a moment. Remember to conduct yourself in life as if at a banquet. As something being passed around comes to you, reach out your hands and take a moderate helping. Does it pass you by? It hasn't yet come. Don't burn in desire for it, but wait until it arrives in front of you. Act this way with children espoused towards position with wealth. One day we'll make you worthy of a banquet with the gods. Let's make it tears. This next one about gratitude in particular is from wealth. Waldo Emerson Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that comes to you and give thanks continuously. And because all things have contributed to your advancement, you should include all things in your gratitude. So my gratitude today is to all the mums in particular and the dads in smaller numbers who stayed home and homeschooling, who I hope now have a significantly greater appreciation for the amazing work and value that teachers have. I hope we'd say that my philosophy offers an insight, a small teaching, but.
Mainly I really want to say on October 9th in cold shower Philosophy, thank you to everyone who stayed home and homeschooled their kids. Thank you to all the teachers who've been doing it for decades who's maybe not the gratitude you deserve. Have a wonderful day. See you soon. Bye.
