Good morning, everyone. Once again, September 22nd. And I'll start with saying, first of all, it's not very often it's happened over the past few months, but I woke up fresh this morning, enough sleep, feeling awesome. And I know it's the sort of thing that already it's going to be an amazing day because I've simply woken up feeling great. Which leads a little bit into two pieces of Marcus Aurelius meditations, pieces that I offer you on cold shower philosophy this morning. The first one is a mantra of mutual interdependence, and Marcus goes on to say, meditate often on the interconnectedness and mutual independence of all things in the universe. For in a sense, all things are mutually woven together and therefore have an affinity for each other. For one thing follows after another according to their tension of movement, their synthetic steerings, and the unity of all substances. The next one that Marcus offers today is what isn't good for the hive? No, what isn't good for the bee isn't good for the hive. I just realized the camera slipped a little bit lower than I probably would have liked to squirrel this morning. But anyway, all things are connected. What is good for the group is good for the individual. And if it isn't good for the group, it is good for the individual, and vice versa. Start your day with a smile. Give that smile to someone else. Hopefully they'll do the right thing with it. You can't do anything with what they do with it, but you can know that you gave that person a smile. Have a great day. All the very best. Bye.
