Yes. Good morning, everyone. And it's Mark here. And yes, that's right. I'm undressing in front of you to address some very interesting feedback received with respect to this whole cold shower thing. Now, the first thing is you can check all the science out of this by yourself and make up your own mind about how you feel about it. That's cool. But there are three reasons that I'm going to demonstrate to you why this whole cold shower thing works. The first one is, in about 20 seconds time, I'm going to have to get under that freaking ice cold shower. It's like 5 degrees and it's horrible. Yeah. I have to make myself go and do that thing. And the reason that is a good thing to do is because it shows that I'm willing to do the hard stuff to get the benefits. So whether you're a friend, a client, a family member, you now know I'll do what it takes. Yeah.
Secondly is. I freaking hate this part. I'm just going to deal with this thorough discomfort at the moment because it's freezing cold and that water is fluffed down and now I'm covered in soap and I'm learning resilience under pressure of harmless cold water. So that's the second benefit is mastery. I just dealt with it.
The third one, now that I've done it and now that's happening, as you can see the smile on my face because it's done. And that's because there is a buttload of chemicals coursing through my body which show how good it feels to actually put yourself through it. I've got 30 more seconds to go and then I'll be dried and I'll be warm again. And already I feel awesome. And I feel positive about my day ahead. If anything else, hopefully I'll give you a laugh. Have a great day, guys. Keep your heads up. Lockdown version 2. We've done it before. Let's do it again. Bye for now.
