I'll just like bounce back and forth with throughout the week. Another ingredient that has pretty much stuck.
With me since I was a teenager I have to have in a smoothie is almond butter or peanut butter. Those of you who want to know, like what fancy, super holistic, ultra healthy.
Peanut butter.
That I choose that's, you know, mold free and mycotoxin free and blessed with unicorn tears, the two packet from Costco.
And then for my liquid, I like to use coconut water.
Actually like this stuff, Once upon a coconut, they actually do coconut water. But if you do care, like it's actually organic coconut water and they don't line the cans with a bunch of crap.
So it's actually, it's the healthiest coconut water I could find. Something, anything that comes in a can. You sometimes gotta be a little careful.
With what else is in the can.
All right, so we got the supplements pantry here.
And all right, here is a little like hack for you.
If you take protein digesting enzymes, usually you look at the label, it says protease, which this has in it. And you drop a few of those in a protein smoothie, it makes the.
Protein way more bioavailable. You just put them in there and blend them in the smoothie like that.
And then I do a little bit of kion creatine.
So creatine.
Is awesome because it's also super helpful for sleep deprivation and for a mental boost. So I've actually been doing 10 grams instead of five.

And then for protein, we're gonna go with kion protein.
We worked with flavoring agents at Dion to just like get the richest, creamiest.
Taste I could find.
But whey is nice because you get a lot of, a lot of protein bioavailability. Even people who struggle with dairy, a.
Lot of them still do fine with whey. Like whey is one of the few dairy products that I do okay with.
A scoop of that. And then I like to add a.
Little bit of extra flavor with stevia.
This Omica organic butterscotch stevia is really good stuff.
Just a kick for a little extra sweetness and then pinch of sea salt.
I think that's about, I don't know.
I could probably get that blender jar a little more full.
So last tip for you for the smoothie is a lot of smoothie blenders have, like, a bunch of microplastics in the jar, and then the metals degrade pretty quickly and leach metals into your blender. I found this one company. It's called Beast Beast Blender.
