Oh man. I've gotten a few requests from people who want to know what my morning routine for beauty is. I don't feel very beautiful in the morning. I can't even put on my own hoodie. But I'll show you a few of the things I do, especially on a day where I want a little bit of extra like facial care and tlc. I realize my bedroom's all red. I actually do that in the morning and the evening towards sunrise and sunset. Pro tip. Alright, come on in here. So when I, when I get up in the morning, I'm gonna break my own rules here just so you guys can see me. And I'm flip on the lights but normally I kind of like red light in the bedroom in the morning. But holy cow, here we go. So I usually start off with coconut oil pulling or ozone oil pulling. I'm going to show you, but I'm not going to do it as long as I would normally do it because that would be a really boring video. But basically this, this stuff has ozone in it. It's made by Simply O3. It's peppermint oil and olive oil. And what you do is you put like a little bit in your mouth and then you swish. And I'll swish just for like five minutes while I'm, you know, peeing, which I'm not going to show you, washing my face, etc. So the next thing is that, okay, pretend I pulled for five minutes because I'm going to split this out. Copper tongue scraper this and the coconut oil. Pull in your ayurvedic tactics. But all you do is you go, I know this is gross, sorry. You just scrape all the bacteria from the back to the front and then you wash. So then do that. So the next thing is I wash my face and I've been using this stuff by Young Goose. Their products are killer. They have this adaptogenic cleanser and I'm going to show you in a little bit here how I did my clay mask. But then they have these new like NAD and spermidine. These are like anti aging molecules that people eat and they put them in these actual peptide complexes now which is crazy. I have a podcast with this guy. But young goo stuff you can see, I've got it all over the place. I got their hyperbaric mask for both of my hyperbaric chamber. I got their eye revive. Like their stuff is not the cheapest but it works really well. So anyways, I'll take my cleanser and I just use like A quarter size dab cleanse my face.
In just a second I'll show you what the next step is. So you know what I'm about to show you. I do every day because obviously it sounds or looks probably a little bit laborious, but basically I like to do a little bit of a home beauty treatment that I switch wear works amazingly and this looks like a lot of stuff. I'll show you how this works. So these are derma rollers. So I've been working on maintaining a nice full head of hair as you can see as I age. So the first thing I do is I derma roll my scalp and I can obviously go in and get like expensive micro needling protocols done at a beauty clinic. But I'm lazy and poor, so I just dermaroll. And then the face, you're supposed to go with upward strokes like this, the whole face, you know, the lips, the cheeks. And usually I realize this is the most boring video ever maybe, and there's going to be a few. Totally tear apart my derma rolling technique. But all I do is upward strokes. I try and get areas a little bit more concentrated where you tend to have wrinkles, like you know, around the outside of the nose, around the crow's eyes, kind of up in the forehead. And then I really get the scalp pretty, pretty well. And I'll show you why in a second. So next up, this video brought to you. Also speaking of hair, I just started drinking this stuff, the Mary Ruth liquid multivitamin for hair growth. It's got a bunch of stuff in there that actually is supposed to help grow your hair, including La Striva Ding. So yeah, Mary Roost multivitamin. They're actually, we're working with them now and they have some pretty amazing stuff and it tastes really good, especially their collagen. Okay, but that's not what I'm here to talk with you about. This is the Alitora clay mask. So what I'm gonna do is pour my clay mask in here. Now this clay mask is like, it's got colostrum in it. It's got kelp powder. First four hour milking, grass fed colostrum. I'm not joking, that's what it says on it. First four hour milking, grass fed colostrum, ginseng clay, French clay, calcium clay, I don't know every other 50 states kind of clay. And then I like to use apple cider vinegar in my clay mask. Some people think that it burns, but while I also think that I'm a masochist And I like my face feeling like it's burning on fire from vinegar. Stings all morning. Wakes you up. So anyways, hopefully I nailed the consistency on this. But what you want is kind of like, kind of sort of clumpy enough to be a paste, but not so like liquid that it's not super duper, duper, duper duper. Easy to put on. Okay, so we've almost got this to a pretty good consistency. Don't worry, I'll clean up my counter later on. Although these clay masks are obviously pretty precious as far as the ingredients go. So I like to save what I can and stir this back in. We've already established the fact that I'm cheap. My face is derma rolled. I've got my clay mask ready. Now what I do is I apply this to the face. Just kind of trying to get nice, even placing corral. Obviously keep your eyes closed all the more so if you're using apple cider vinegar. But I'll do a little bit in the neck, kind of where the beard line would be. Get the face really well. And then you probably guessed I was going to do this. I do my hair and I talked with Andy Nilo who makes this Alitura clay mask that I'm using right now. And he said that some of the ingredients actually can help out with follicle and hair health. So I do it. It's obviously a little bit of an extra step. But again, what you're seeing me do right now, I would only do about once a week. This is not like, you know, I'm not, I'm not narcissist. I'm not going to do this every single day. But I think once a week is a good sweet spot for just like, you know, feeling good. And we all know, you know, let's face it, we live in a in there where judged by your wrinkles and your facial attractiveness. And having, you know, good face can help with confidence. And I just feel like it just almost feels like it just detoxes my, my neck up, you know, because clay does draw up toxins and oils and compounds and things like that. So I'll give that a good wash later on. But now I'm going to show you the final kind of spooky trick. We're going to do it anyways. This is the higher dose infrared light. So I'm literally going to finish up, get ready for this by pulling on my infrared light face mask. Going here, here, going here. And voila. I'm now getting infrared light on top of the mask and. And that is a pretty darn good morning beauty routine. Brought to you by Mary Roofs Organics. Ding. Alright, so all hyped up like a freakin nature here. I'm about to start work in my office. So here's the trick I didn't yet show you. Red light helmet. This is one of those mito red red light helmets for hair growth. They've actually shown when I say they makes me sound so. Scientific research has shown that red light therapy can actually assist with hair growth. So Captain spaceship freak of nature to the rescue. This is how you become beautiful. All right, welcome to the bathroom. It's time to rinse this stuff off. So I'll put the shower on. I do a little hot cold contrast shower. My treat of the week. 20 seconds hot, 10 seconds cold. Sometimes reverse that order, 20 cold, 10 hot. And I'm often asked about my hair products. These are my two favorites right now. The wellness coconut and citrus. You can see that one great company. And then they've got this one, coconut and verberna leaf. I don't know why I've got two different labels. But all the wellness stuff, see they make like toothpaste that my kids use. They got tooth floss, they got shampoos. It's my go to for skincare. It was launched by my friend the wellness mama. She crushed it. Super clean, guilt free stuff. So that's what I'll be rinsing this beast off with. Alright so now we'll finish up with a final pro tip. I learned this when I have done some podcasting interviews with beauty people. Gonna start off with a spray. I use this olitoro. Same people that make the mask. So I start off with a spray. Okay fellas, this is all the stuff they don't tell you at school. Okay then step two. And I learned this made a mess in my bathroom. Glad you didn't see that. This is serum. Okay, so after your spray comes your serum. Okay, so the serum goes onto the face. I like to pull it in the hair too. And then after your, after your liquid serum you want some kind of like a mask. So today I'm going to use the.
Senolytic. Oops, not that one. You can see I have all these Yungoos products. This one, the NAD rejuvenation matrix from Yungoos. So this has resveratrol and NAD in it. So bit of that for a second there looks really weird. Okay, so just in case you didn't memorize that, ideally you do a spray then a serum, then some kind of, like, a thicker mask or moisturizer and. You're good. Probably comb my hair. Okay, so I hope that gives you some tips, some cool products, some of the type of stuff I do to run a beauty spot home without breaking the bank, so check it out.
