Biohacked Immune Boosting Protocol

Ben Greenfield walks through his personal immune-support routine when sick: a Thymosin Alpha 1 electrophoresis patch applied to the inner thigh for 12 hours, plus a Myers-type vitamin IV from Dr. Craig Conover. He self-administers both but doesn't recommend others do the same.

All right, so I woke up feeling a little bit under the weather. I want to show you what I do to knock out like congestion and immune system issues pretty quick. I've got one fast vitamin IV from my friend Dr. Craig Conover, Conover Wellness, and then an electrophoresis patch that will deliver Thymosin Alpha 1, a really great peptide through my skin into my system. So the electrophoresis patch looks like this. And what you do is.
You'll take the syringe with the thymosyn alpha in it and you kind of carefully put it on top of the patch here. And this will just basically slow bleed this amazing immune supporting compound into my system. I like to put it on an area of high blood flow like the inner thigh, but it'll go for the course of about 12 hours. I also will sometimes wear a patch like this that does something different. Delivers nad when I do things like long flights and things like that. So what I'm gonna do is take that and I just basically. I forgot to prep the skin here, but basically, rookie mistake. I like to take an alcohol swab and kind of scuff up the skin a little bit. Then this guy goes on there and there's a little patch on the underside that you just basically pull out to activate it once you got it on there. And so that is step one of the advanced immune supporting strategy. I'll kind of rub it down a little bit so it stays on. Okay. And then strategy number two is I'll take another alcohol swab like this and prep my vein here. And so for this one, what I'm gonna do, because I'm too lazy to go to the doctor, I'm just gonna self administer.
Vitamin cocktail into my system. So this is kind of like a Myers cocktail. It'll get me feeling good here pretty quick. Just go straight into the vein there. And these, you know, it's everything from vitamin B to electrolytes to magnesium. You can see I'm just kind of pressing this with one hand and then the.
Needle is in my vein with the other hand. So I don't necessarily recommend that you rush out to self administer an iv. I do not endorse what I am doing.
Be safe, kids. Anyways, though, my friend Craig Con iver at Conover Wellness, who's been on the podcast that's spelled with a K, he, he ships these all over the, all over the US to like pro athletes. He's also the guy that I got the, the patch from, that thymosin alpha peptide patch.
I'm not probably supposed to say this to get banned from YouTube, but that particular peptide happens to be really good for managing a particular virus. So that's another kind of bonus to thymus and Alpha. So I'm almost done with the IV here. These things take about a minute or so to pop in, and then once I finish, I'll just pull the needle out, put a little hold that down. So that's what I do when I'm feeling down or when I feel like my immune system needs a kick or after I've done like a long haul flight or something like that. I'll travel with these for my travel. And yeah, thought you might enjoy a little bit of the advanced immunity protocol. So have fun. And Craig Conover, that doctor I talked about, he's at Conover Wellness. Or you could search for his name on my podcast spelled with a K. All right, later.
