Oh, hello.
We didn't see you there. Come on over, brother. We just did our hair for you because we're about to do a 10 minute killer elliptical trainer workout, of all places indoors. So this is pretty cool. This thing is really, really good for doing interval training. So I use this a lot for interval training. I've got articles@BenGreenfieldFitness.com about how elliptical training simulates running. Burns a lot of calories. Turns on your butt. Is that good to turn on your butt? I hear it's good. I hear the ladies like to do that anyways, though, so we're going to show you a workout. So this is an interval training workout where you do one minute of elliptical and then you do mountain climbers and you go back and forth. That's it. Super simple workout, but great for runners. What do you think? Should we do this?
Yeah.
All right. You want to do elliptical first or mountain climbers first? All right, you do you elliptical first. I'll do mountain climbers first. Go ahead and hop on.
All right, wait till I say go. I'll do mountain climbers, you do the elliptical. Ready, set, go.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. By the way, brother, the people on the camera behind you can't see. There you go. Keep going, keep going. Come on, faster.
Come on, faster.
I think my foot hit a Lego.
Do you want to get out on this, brother? You want to do your mountain climbers?
All right, keep it up, keep it up, keep it up. 15 more seconds.
3, 2, 1, switch. Okay, here we go.
Here we go.
Of course, you could take this outdoors, too. You need a Curt kinetic trainer with a little wheel adapter on it for indoors, and it works perfect. Keep going, keep going.
Don't switch yet. Come on, brother, keep it up.
Keep.
It up, keep it up, keep it up.
20 seconds.
Come on, keep going, keep going.
Come on, brother. 10 seconds.
Two, one, switch.
Come on, other direction, other direction. There you go. If you shift on the elliptical, make it easier, harder when you're working on an indoors.
Keep it going, brother. Keep it going. Faster.
Switch. Switch it up, switch it up.
Go, go.
Good job, good job. Amazing. You do.
Come on. No hand.
Keep going, keep going. 30 seconds.
20 seconds. Come on, brother.
Okay, switch.
Here we go. I'm gonna face this way so I can talk to all the folks at home.
Another thing I'll do with this elliptical, this is good for watching tv, right?
Go easy during the show and then push hard during the commercials.
That's one way you can use it.
It's next Door to my gym so I can do like kettlebell swings and stuff. Then go to the elliptical in between my kettlebell swings.
Keep going, brother.
And kids can use it too. Keep going, keep going. Come on.
We just got a few more minutes to go. Come on. Deny the burn, brother.
I'm not. I'm just doing time. Doing. No hands.
No hands.
Whoa, that's dangerous.
Keep going, keep going.
20 seconds.
Burning.
Okay, switch. Here we go. We're almost there. Go talk to the camera.
Hi, camera.
Talk to the camera while you're doing your mountain climbers.
Hi.
Go, go, go. If you have questions as you're watching, leave them under the video and I'll reply to them while I'm talking to all the people at home. I'll reply to them after we're done.
Come on, bro, keep going.
We only have four minutes left in this workout.
Keep it up, brother. You're doing awesome. No resting. Come on.
Okay, switch.
Go, go, go.
I'm tired.
We'll come talk to you guys when we're done. In the meantime, leave your comments underneath the video.
Keep it up for 30 more seconds.
20 seconds. Come on.
Did I ever introduce myself?
Cool tricks.
Did I ever introduce myself?
Can you what?
Did I ever introduce myself?
No. Go introduce yourself. Then we'll keep doing mountain climbers. Switch it up. Here we go.
My name is River.
His name is River. Here we go, last couple rounds.
This is way better for your back than a bicycle, by the way.
Really works your core too. Especially after the mountain climbers.
Okay, last couple rounds. Here we go. Here we go. One more switch.
Come on, brother. Last round. We're eight and a half minutes in.
Keep it up. Keep it up.
15 more seconds, then we do our last switch. Keep going. Keep going, brother.
Okay, final switch. Here we go. Final switch.
Almost done.
Come on.
As big mountain climb as you can do. Get up in the push up position. There you go.
There you go.
Come on.
Knee to elbow. Knee to elbow, brother.
Last 20 seconds.
Come on. 10 more seconds.
Five seconds. Five, four, three, two, one.
Oh, so that's it.
Well, come here, brother. Let's turn this video around, see if people.
Oh, that was hard. That was hard. David says that is excellent. Mary gives us a thumbs up. Oh, we got. We got two comments on it here. Yeah, he just passed out. That was hard. Anyways, check it out. BenGreenfieldFitness.com Elliptigo. You can get a good discount over there and get one of those Kurt kinetic trainers. I'll show you my setup here. Actually, should we show them the setup brother here, I think he's. Yeah, he's toast. Anyway, see, it's just the. Kirk, can I. Trainer. And then I have it. John says your 10 seconds is longer than 10 seconds. I just have, like, a small wheel adapter for it. And then I can take this thing and.
I'm choking. Oh, my hands are so small. Oh, they're your hands. Okay. Sorry. Anyway, so, yeah, you just set it up like that. Bada boom, bada bing. That's it. And don't trip on the Legos. All right, brother. Brother, say goodbye.
Bye.
Goodbye.
Thanks, guys.
