If you have TMJ or you pop your jaw when you chew, a lot of grinding, a lot of jaw deviation, I can get you pretty correct with this modality. So what this does is it's a pin and stretch. I'm going to put my fingers right on those masseter joints, our masseter muscles. It's the most. One of the most overused muscles in the human body. You can really feel it. It's predominant. So I bring that up and I pin it and I just hold it and go ahead and open. And that allows. He's doing the stretch. And when I feel my fingers go ahead and close, go over that muscle. That's the. That's the release that I'm looking for. Close. And I like to do cross fiber fiction just to get the release. And we're going to do three more bend. This is going to be the ones. When I tell you here that we're going to open and then close. So go ahead and open. These are probably the most painful. This just follows that line down and you can really feel things crunch and let go. And they're. Go ahead and close. I've had a lot of clients say they kind of get a DMT release with this open up. And I think right here is a lot of that. What they're feeling is a lot of bacteria in the teeth. Go ahead and close. A lot of things are being released. And if you think about it, how often do we get release in the jaw? So whatever's been holding in there for however long is going to be released. I think it goes into the bloodstream and that's what people feel. You get high off it. Go ahead and open up. This will be the last one. Nice and wide open. Open, open, open, close. And just with that, I can feel a lot of these, A lot of the tension in the back of the neck. It just softens everything. It makes it just pliable as heck. Yeah, I feel like my face is melted putty.
