Set up rings on an adjustable pulley, then practice the muscle-up progression: lean back, pull the rings in and around your body, contact your chest, and finish with a dip. Keeping the rings close builds the strength and timing you need for a full muscle-up.

Alright. So the muscle up. It helps if you can hang your rings on a pulley with like a clip and then have a couple of eye bolts, so where you can clip the rings in at various heights so you can have them higher and lower. So a good drill for the muscle up, because I already showed you. It's pulling in and then keeping them close, getting to here, and then basically doing a dip. Right. So what you can do to get this one crucial part is you can just lower the rings, lean back like this, pull them in and round through like that. Then keep them close here.
Always touching the middle of the chest. See how they just hug Bug? You can just work that.
