For the press to handstand. You want to break it in half. So one half of the press is from here up to handstand, the other half is from L pressing to that stand. So we've already given you drills for the top half, second half. We have to work this, this strength pulling in. So we'll do this exerc exercise where your hands are about where your calf is. You're just going to lift here.
The further you reach out, the more difficult it is. You don't really want to be in here. This is too, too easy. Right about where your cat is.
Them.
Purlette.
Take your sliders.
You can only go to here, go to there, come back.
Always sucking in, pushing down, sucking in, pushing down till you.
All the way to a stand.
