These little things that really do become like brushing your teeth every day, then you get incrementally better and you're doing the things that a lot of times they don't talk about in, you know, men's Fitness magazine or Women's Health or whatever. These little things that add up freaking like oil pulling, you know, and you don't wind up with plaque accumulation in your mouth or your heart, you know, 10 years later or 32 ounces of water when you wake up and all of a sudden, you know, over the course of a couple of weeks, your constipation starts to subside because you're actually hydrating.
Like we have to have some type of impact weight bearing load on our bones, on our musculature. I got moms carrying around a 40 pound kid pushing a stroller with a grocery bag on the other arm and their doctor's telling them they can't lift over 25 pounds and it's just not, it's not true. They have to train to be able to do those things that they need to operate in regular life.
