Now I'm going to show you the preparation to start working on doing your right and left leg splits.
The first stretch you're going to do is basically a lunge.
You always want to have your hips in line with one another. You don't want to be turning out or too far.
Twisted to any direction.
The other thing to check is to make sure that your back leg is also not turning in.
Which is usually the case.
It's not usually going outward, but that it's just in.
Line with your hip.
And that your chest is upright. And you try to tilt your pelvis upright.
Then you're going to come back and actually straighten your front leg again, square.
Your hips back.
Up, and you're going to try to come with a flat back, as always.
