Ben Greenfield demonstrates how to self-administer NAD using transdermal patches as an alternative to IV injections. He shows materials (NAD at 400 milligrams per milliliter), explains application steps (apply ~20 drops to the positive electrode, saturate the negative electrode with saline), suggests a hairless, high-blood-flow site such as the forearm, and leaves the patch on for about six hours to allow slow absorption. He references the NAD Injection Clinic in San Diego as a supplier and a related podcast episode.

Hey. So I've gotten a lot of questions about how these NAD patches work as an alternative to injections. It's pretty simple. I've got NAD right here at 400 milligrams per milliliter. As you take the NAD and you apply 20 drops like this to the positive side of the electrode.
Now, once you've done that, you have this saline solution and you simply kind of squeeze the end off of that. Tough for me to do here with.
My phone, but let me pull this off here and show you. So I basically remove the top off.
Of this, and then I basically saturate the negative out to the corners with this saline solution, which is going to create a gradient that allows the NAD to get absorbed.
Okay, so I've got that on there.
Go listen to my podcast@bengreenfieldfitness.com NAD and the NAD Injection Clinic is actually able to send these pretty much anywhere. So you have the positive electrode and the negative electrode. And what you do? What I do is I find, like, a relatively hairless, high blood flow area of my body. I like my forearm, for example, and I simply apply it to my forearm in the manner that you see there. And I smooth down all the corners, which I didn't do a good job of yet, but I just wanted to show this to you first. And then after that, I simply leave this on for six hours and get a slow bleed of NAD into my system over those six hours.
Do me a favor.
I don't get any kickback from this.
But let them know I sent you.
Anyways for what it's worth. And.
Yeah, enjoy not having to get NAD IVs. Pretty nifty, huh?
So, again, I get these patches from.
The NAD injection clinic in San Diego. They just ship them up to me. You can go here and listen to the podcast I did with them where.
